Good news! Teradata import to catalog has been completed!
Source and Target databases - SQL Server (Source and Catalog), plus Teradata as the source – available in version 1.1(November);
Now the catalog can directly import metadata from any Teradata Server using LDAP connections, and the average time to import around 4 million objects is around 30 minutes. Will now add SQL Server object support.

T The catalog interface is being designed to be in version 1.1.
· Direct Queries – available in version 1,1(November);
T The query module is under design to be also part of Version 1.1
Sphynx now has an official name - Polymorph! It will now make use of Edge servers or Data Lakes to run interim queries directly against the data sources to speed up results.
